We’re focused on making both the portal and Story Hub more intuitive, more actionable, and better aligned with how the platforms are used day to day. Recent updates reflect improvements tailored to each experience so distributing and discovering stories through Stacker is seamless and straight-forward.
Here’s what’s new.
Notification toggles are now available in the portal, allowing users to choose which updates they receive and which they don’t.
This was a frequent request from customers. As more high value notifications are introduced, including leaderboard placements and distribution stage updates, this helps users keep an eye on the most important and relevant alerts for their workflows.
This isn’t just limited to our brand partners. In Story Hub, notifications have also expanded. When a saved story becomes available on the wire, a notification is triggered so it can be reviewed and published at the right time. That way, publishers can plan more effectively, monitor what stories are coming down the pipeline, and ensure they don’t miss stories when they go live.
The Insights page in the portal continues to be a primary area of engagement and is being developed to keep users informed of what’s resonating with publishers and to help guide content strategy.
Stories can now be opened directly from the leaderboard to enable a faster path from identifying top performing content to reviewing and acting on it, supporting quicker analysis and decision making.
A new Feeds page in Story Hub allows publishers to create and manage custom RSS feeds tailored to their editorial workflows.
Now, feeds can be configured by story type, category, and audience, and generate a unique URL that can be integrated directly into a CMS or automation system. This enables stories to flow in automatically as they are published, with the flexibility to create multiple feeds for different sections of a site.
Other recent Story Hub improvements include:
GEO reporting was introduced for clients on our Scale and Growth packages to provide more detailed insight into where content is gaining traction in LLMs. Report readiness notifications were also introduced so reports can be reviewed as soon as they are available.
Ongoing development continues to be informed by platform usage and client feedback. If you have a note or feedback for our product team, please reach out to us.
Planned updates include:
We have so much more coming in the pipeline and additional updates will be shared as new features are released. Whether you’re a brand partner, an agency partner, or a publisher partner, we have much more in store for you before the end of H1.
