The suite has four glass balconies, each with jaw-dropping views of New York: from the spa, you can see Central Park, while the Breakfast Room has views of the East River, the Zen Room has views to the northeast, while the Powder Room has views to the southwest.

On the seventh floor of this luxurious Art Deco hotel in Cannes, the 17,975-square-foot Penthouse Suite at the Hôtel Martinez offers peak French Riviera luxury.
