How gas prices have changed in Georgia in the last week

Gasoline prices fell several cents over the past week as demand "plunged," according to AAA.

The national average hasn't dipped below $3 as analysts forecast just yet, but drivers will still enjoy some of the lowest gas prices in years as they hit the road for Thanksgiving. A GasBuddy survey indicates 72% of Americans will road trip to their Thanksgiving destinations this holiday season.

"We expect prices to remain seasonally low leading up to the holidays, making road trips a more affordable option for millions of Americans," GasBuddy analyst Patrick De Haan said in a statement.

Stacker compiled statistics on gas prices in Georgia. Gas prices are as of November 22.
