Most popular TV shows on Max this week

One major benefit of streaming services is the ease with which they allow TV fans to catch up on hit shows before they wrap up for good. Exhibit A: "Curb Your Enthusiasm." The long-running HBO sitcom is trending on Max following its series finale on April 7. Created by and starring comedian Larry David as a fictionalized version of himself, the largely improvised show follows David as he fumbles through everyday life with little interest in social conventions. "Curb Your Enthusiasm," which originally premiered in 2000, ran for a whopping 120 episodes and 12 seasons over the course of nearly a quarter-century.

Meanwhile, the CBS sitcom "Young Sheldon" is also popular among Max viewers. Serving as a prequel to the comedy series "The Big Bang Theory," the show tells the story of young brainiac Sheldon Lee Cooper (played by Iain Armitage) as he grows up in the early '90s in Texas. "Young Sheldon" is also ending soon, with its series finale scheduled for May 16 and fans seem to be savoring every last episode. The sitcom's ensemble cast also includes Zoe Perry, Lance Barber, and Montana Jordan.

Keep reading to see how these series and more rank among the top 10 TV shows on Max this week, as compiled by Stacker using data from Reelgood as of April 12. IMDb ratings and other data points were added for supplementary insights.
